🔑 Fix preauth key in Linux quick-install script

Update PREAUTH_KEY to match the correct key used in Windows PowerShell script:
- Old: 8b3df41d37cb158ea39f41fc32c9af46e761de817ad06038
- New: b46923995afeaec90e588168f2e1bf99801775e8657ce003
