📝 Update .gitignore to exclude Python virtual environments and cache files

Add comprehensive Python gitignore patterns:
- Virtual environments (venv/, env/, .venv/)
- Python cache files (__pycache__/, *.pyc)
- Distribution files (dist/, build/, *.egg-info/)
- Testing artifacts (.pytest_cache/, .coverage)
- Development tools (.mypy_cache/, .tox/)

Prevents accidental commit of:
- Virtual environment directories
- Python bytecode cache
- Build artifacts
- IDE and testing files
